As we continue our journey of growth, Insuret offers an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant looking to build their career About the Job We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering superb customer service to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As the successful candidate, you will be joining a cross-functional, multi skilled team that that requires support across a number of functions in the underwriting process. Your responsibilities include: Support the team with administrative duties and learn the key concepts of insurance. Providing administrative support on the underwriting process for quotes and renewals. Contributing to new business growth and renewal retention objectives. Providing excellent customer service using both written and phone skills. Supporting the accounts functions with communication to customers. Transacting of business with strong attention to detail. Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations, codes and Company policies and procedures. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, service providers, and other insurance professionals, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Identify and escalate opportunities for continuous improvement in processes. About you A great attitude and a desire to learn the skills that are fundamental to a career in insurance. Good telephone manner and a willingness to use the telephone to make and receive calls from stakeholders to deliver on our service standards. Professional, clear and concise communication skills. Ability to manage time and workload effectively and efficiently. Solid problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Motor insurance experience or knowledge (desirable). Basic Microsoft product suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook). General insurance qualifications or willingness to obtain. Great team player. Why Us?
