This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading QUALIFICATION · Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or equivalent qualification · Tertiary qualification in business, technology, computing or equivalent · ITIL v3 foundation certification Demonstrated experience across infrastructure management and solutions, including establishment and management of Virtualised enterprise level server environments operating under VMware. Proven capability in Active Directory design, Group Policy design, support of complex Microsoft Windows Server environments, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Online with strong documentation skills using MS Office products including Microsoft Visio Strong knowledge of System Monitoring and deployment technologies such as Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM), System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), and anti-malware and mail filtering solutions including (but not limited to) Microsoft Defender, Cylance, Exchange Online Protection and Cisco Email Security.
