Primary Purpose: As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Employment Services (ES) program team. Your role will require flexibility, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. You will assist team members with various tasks, manage office supplies, handle communications, and ensure data entry and reporting timelines are met. Key Responsibilities: Act as database administrator to ensure accurate and timely data capture for reporting. Coordinate communications with stakeholders and participants, including social media management. Facilitate meeting arrangements, including diary management, location planning, catering, and transport needs. Provide travel planning assistance for team members. Ensure compliance with Saltbush policies, procedures, and practices. Manage office supplies and procurement practices. Collaborate with internal services such as finance, recruitment, IT, marketing, and risk management. Respond to general queries via phone or email, providing appropriate replies or redirections. Organise catering for program activities and events. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote ES activities and opportunities. Maintain participant registers, files, and documents for internal and external use. Essential Criteria: Proof or confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage. Previous experience in a culturally diverse business environment with culturally appropriate service delivery. High level verbal and written communication skills adaptable to various stakeholders, including social media. Effective interpersonal skills with a flexible, responsive, and solutions-focused approach. Advanced MS Office skills and the ability to learn other data capture and document management programs. Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and understanding of risk management practices. Employment is Subject to: National Police Clearance (no more than three months old) NT Working with Children (OCHRE) Card Current Driver’s Licence Current First Aid Proof or evidence of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage Highly Desirable: Qualification in Business Administration or similar.
