About the Opportunity The College provides high-quality Christian school-readiness programs to children in a school environment. Both our 2-day and 3-day programs focus on early literacy and numeracy skills and the development of social skills. We are seeking an experienced, innovative and dynamic Teacher’s Aide to join our Preparatory School team. As a Teacher’s Aide, you will be committed to supporting our Preparatory Teachers in delivering meaningful learning and developmental experiences that enrich each child’s sense of creativity and curiosity. You will work collaboratively to develop resources, implement learning programs and provide students with opportunities to develop personal, social and independent learning skills. This is a Full-time (term time only) position commencing in Term 4, 2024. About You Your success in this role will be driven by your: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team Previous experience in a similar educational environment and passion for Early Childhood education Demonstrated passion for child-centred learning, and proven ability to effectively build rapport with students.
