As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will: Act as the co-architect of our commercial strategy, working closely with the founders to ensure growth while staying true to the brand’s creative and expressive DNA. Develop and implement a visionary sales and marketing strategy that differentiates us in the marketplace, inspiring both the internal team and our loyal customer base. Lead a passionate and dynamic team, driving growth through innovative omnichannel strategies and expanding our global reach. Build and optimise business operations, using data-driven insights to ensure commercial success and efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within our sales and digital teams. About You Our client is looking for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion accessories industry who is ready to step into a role with unlimited growth potential. Ideally, you have: At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in driving sales and marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, PR, and traditional marketing. A strategic mindset combined with a creative flair and a strong commercial acumen. A natural ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
