An exciting opportunity exists for an APS6 Administrative Support Manager to work across the Employment Evaluation Branch providing procurement administrative support, contributing to the management of the RES Panel and secretariat for the ERG and EAG. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Enhanced Services Evaluation, the Administrative Support Manager is a valuable team and Branch resource responsible for a wide range of administrative support functions. The key duties of the position include Responsibilities of the APS 6 Administrative Support Manager may include but are not limited to: Management, oversight and reporting on progress of multiple contracts related to Workforce Australia Employment Services evaluation activities in line with departmental and APS guidelines. Provision of Secretariat services for the ERG and the EAG, including coordination of meetings, agenda, agenda papers and action items. RES Panel management activities, including panel member administration, preparation of contract documentation, and responding to user/panel member queries. Contributing to the preparation, improvement and streamlining of RES Panel management documents and templates. Working collaboratively across the team, Branch and with other stakeholders to support Branch activities, projects and functions.
