Purpose of Job As a Client & Sales Administration Support specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth customer service operations. This includes managing customer accounts, processing orders, maintaining system data, and liaising with both customers and internal teams. Salary: $65k - $70k super Benefits: Join a Global company. Friendly and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the sales team with daily project management and administrative tasks. Liaising with customers to manage day-to-day account needs. Preparing purchase order recommendations for management approval. Updating customer stock listings, analyzing slow-moving items and stock risks. Accurately entering customer orders into the system, flagging any stock issues. Providing detailed reports on cost and sales data by customer. Maintaining system part data integrity and ensuring sales order dispatch dates are accurate. Communicating delivery requirements to the warehouse and ensuring timely deliveries. Following up on overdue payments. Performing clerical duties and assisting with office management tasks. Experience/Skills/Requirements: Proven experience in sales administration or customer service roles. Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.
