About the role Due to increased business, this growing dealership is seeking an enthusiastic Territory Manager or Sales Consultant to sell construction & mining equipment throughout southern New South Wales, operating out of their Sydney branch. In this role, you will have the freedom to service the region the way you feel will bring the best results. You will be provided all the tools of trade and training needed to hit the targets set for you. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and results driven, with the desire to make this a long term position. You will already have construction or earthmoving sales experience and have worked with brands such as Hitachi, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo CE, Hyundai CE, Sandvik, Terex, John Deere CE, Kobelco, Kubota, etc. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that you deliver top quality service to their valued customers. You will be hungry for sales and determined to increase sales for this great company. You must be prepared to knock on doors and be proactive in finding new customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders Provide technical expertise and application support Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities Ideal Candidate: 2 years experience in a similar sales role within the heavy equipment industry Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently What's on Offer: A base salary of $100,000 plus uncapped commission structure, expected OTE is $200k Fully maintained company vehicle and tools of trade.
