Required for casual rotational roster. Busy 7 day General Practice. Good availability required for shifts over 7 day roster, during Clinic opening hours Excellent attention to detail Previous exceptional Customer Service skills required Willingness to learn on the job with a can do attitude Approx. 3 to 4 shifts / 23-30 hrs per week availability Flexibility essential Previous Healthcare industry experience preferred, hospitality Reception/Administration skills suit Casual rotational roster - Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is required with shifts covering mornings and evenings and rotational weekends. During clinic opening hours- Monday and Fridays 7.30am-6pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday -7.30am-9.30pm Saturday 8am-6.30pm Sunday 8am- 2.30pm Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls, busy switchboard and professional emails Appointment bookings and managing multiple diaries on a software system Meeting and friendly greeting of patients General cleaning and upkeep of practice areas, following strict infection control requirements, stock take and restocking of supplies Willingness to learn, be directed and follow procedures Screening of entering patients, in compliance with current guidelines (ie:Covid) Dealing with patient enquiries, delays and rescheduling, over the phone and in person, including challenging situations Filing, scanning, copying Providing support / assistance to our healthcare professionals The successful applicant must have: Exceptional customer service skills, with a polite manner, and empathic nature Enjoy a fast paced environment Ability to remain calm under pressure, with a positive and enthusiastic disposition Demonstrate outstanding organisational / time management skills, with the ability to multi-task A commitment to on-the-job training and ongoing learning and development Take pride in their written and verbal communication skills, paying attention to detail Willing to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a Team Intermediate computer knowledge/skills The ability to show empathy towards others and a general desire to assist patients, co-workers and professionals Current driver licence required for errands (automatic work car) Australian citizenship or permanent residency essential (Working holiday visa employment unavailable) Please send CV, cover letter and references by email ONLY SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED Start date: As soon as possible
