We offer: Flexible and hybrid work options Positive team culture Learning and development opportunities The role: Provide accurate advice, information and support to managers and business support staff on a range of human resource practices and procedures relating to the Agency’s establishment, including: Processing variations to the establishment, and associated reporting Statement of Duties reviews Job classifications Related projects Work closely with the HR Consultant - Employment and Organisational Design and HR Advisors within the business unit, providing advice and support when required. Review positions, by conducting research and analysis, to ensure compliance with legislation, consistency with established standards, and maintenance of relativities across the Department. Ensure that Statements of Duties reflect mandatory Departmental and award/agreement requirements including liaising with key business units to gather all necessary information for the evaluation/processing of the request. Location: Hobart, Tasmania Salary: $79,529 to $91,517 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
