In this role, you will focus on customer service, and support across various office functions. From clerical tasks to marketing assistance, bookkeeping, and maintaining office operations, this position offers variety and the opportunity to be a key team player. You will also be the primary backup for reception and telephone answering duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via phone and email and support Update CRM records, assist with social media, and help prepare sales materials Perform bookkeeping data entry and assist with quotations and presentations Manage office supplies Skills and Experience: Professional telephone manner and strong computer skills Good all round administration experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems What's in it for you?
