This is an exciting opportunity to work on an Australian Defence project maintaining critical defence assets. Must be an Australian Citizen, to able to obtain a clear National Police clearance and be able to work project hours. Work in a fast paced role, work independently and use initative. About the role We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator as part of our dynamic project team in Henderson. Data entry and maintain project tracking report Timesheet preparation, review and processing in payroll system Assist with site inductions for new arrivals and visitors Coordinate site based administration processes Data entry of purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices. Coordinate training and maintain training register in HRIS Set up and maintain site security passes Coordinate accommodation for project personnel Skills and Experience A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience Reliable, excellent time-keeping and strong work ethic Attention to detail. Highly developed data entry High attention to detail Strong oral communication skills Strong organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office packages To apply for this position, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
