The Opportunity Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities including: Picking, packing and shipping solutions to customers Receiving and checking of Inwards consignments. Maintain inventory records. Liaise with customers via phone, email and web Maintain stock on warehouse shelves Document and check returns Handle customer complaints and queries Process payments (COD and Cash Sale) transactions Provide customer service to all internal/external customers You Strong communication (read, write, count etc) Aa valid Forklift operators license. A valid Drivers license. Minimum of 2 years warehousing experience. Demonstrate an aptitude for detail and accurate work. Capable of spending extended period of time on feet with continuous bending, walking and lifting The Rewards Your package will include a competitive base salary (up to $35 p/h) super.
