A dynamic position, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the west of North Queensland. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required. Duties include: Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety practices, in line with HACCP guidelines, procedures and documentation Production of high-quality, nutritious, and well-presented meals Continuous menu design and implementation Maintenance of the kitchen premises and food production equipment Assist other departments from time to time, if required About You To join our team, you will be a qualified Chef with demonstrated experience and innovation in mass catering environments. You will possess strong knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards, with cultural dietary requirements being an advantage. Additionally, a commitment to the safety of yourself and others, and a passion to provide quality product, and service with a smile, at all times.
