About the Role As an Internal Salesperson you will be responsibile to manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts through office-based activity (phone email); as well as qualifying, and converting new inbound leads/orders. Tasks and responsibilities Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers following call cycle targets and KPI’s Assisting customers with any sales related enquiries (eg. product, pricing, growth opportunities, account management) Reaching out to prospects to uncover opportunities Monitoring assigned accounts and updating sales projections Preparing, sending, and following up quotes to customers and prospects Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system About You Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport quickly and develop strong client relationships Disciplined time & task management skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse and execute appropriate solutions Competitive nature and hunger for sales Proficient computer skills to work competently in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), with a minimum of 55 WPM at 95% accuracy This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
