This role will primarily focus on quality control tasks while also assisting with some administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Perform raw materials intake checks. Conduct pre-op checks in low-care areas. Verify and file low-care paperwork. Calibrate temperature probes daily. Record Posta room cooking temperatures and verify probe accuracy. Calibrate pH meters. Perform spot checks for chlorine and pH in vegetable wash. Conduct weekly UBD checks on raw materials. Carry out GMP audits. Perform weekly chlorine titrations. Calibrate kitchen temperature probes. Additional Duties: Collaborate with the warehouse team and assist with administrative tasks such as printing labels and stocktakes. Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs.
