Work Flexibility: Hybrid Stryker are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Casual Marketing Associate to join our Connected Solutions team in Sydney. This is a casual position with flexible working hours, offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in marketing in the Medical Device industry and contribute to the growth of our business. This is the perfect opportunity for a student or graduate in marketing, biomedical engineering, or health science to start their career. Standard weekday rates are $32.00 per hour. What you will do: - Localisation of Marketing Materials: Localise marketing collaterals, presentations, product brochures, email pitch templates, and other marketing materials to cater to the Australian market. - Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all localised marketing materials comply with relevant regulations and have been proofread to maintain the highest standard of accuracy. - Collaboration with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the global marketing team to align messaging, branding, and design elements. - Support at Conferences: Assisting managers with preparation of conference materials and supporting with onsite demo setups. - Content Creation and Website Development: Preparation and creation of video content/training material for product launches and improving current website functionality. What you will need: - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure accurate content. - Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies would be ideal, but not essential. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. - Team Player: Collaborative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Experience with video editing, Adobe Suite (InDesign etc.), technical programming or Power BI would be ideal, but not essential.
