Our client is looking for an Administrative Coordinator who is motivated, proactive, organised, and has a genuine passion for the property market. The Role: Manage databases and oversee general clerical tasks Handle website and software administration Collaborate with our marketing agency on social media management Interact with clients and suppliers while managing marketing for residential listings Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure daily tasks are completed Oversee office reporting, inventory control, and management of office supplies The Person: Experience within the industry is desirable but not essential. Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential. Excellent communication skills.
