About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Melbourne team. If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys working on diverse projects, this role is for you You’ll be involved in all stages of product development, from concept to production, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems and products. Create detailed specifications and 3D models using CAD software. Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product functionality and durability. Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to streamline processes. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to implement new technologies. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering. Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
