Then we would like to hear from you About the role: Due to internal progression, NHP Brisbane’s Customer Service team are seeking a bright and personable Customer Service Consultant to join our team. This role is integral in building relationships with customers and providing first-class support. Please note – this is not a call centre role. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for the following tasks: Deliver exceptional customer service to our commercial clients Manage inbound inquiries through our Omni Channel platform, including orders, returns, queries, services & general items Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and meet team KPI’s Maintain accurate records & documents related to customer activity Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs For you to be successful in this role, you will need: NHP is a supportive and cohesive team, so finding the right fit for our company is paramount.
