NetSuite System Administrator for a global business and it's subsidiaries NetSuite ERP Administrator We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of NetSuite across multiple global subsidiaries for our client. This role involves supporting the migration from an existing ERP system and working with both external consultants and internal stakeholders. A strong understanding of ERP processes, including finance, procurement, supply chain, and inventory management, are essential. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clearly define requirements for the implementation team. Work with subsidiary teams to ensure requirements are captured and prioritized appropriately. Administer NetSuite user accounts, access controls, and privileges. Provide user training to ensure effective adoption of the NetSuite system. Support the finance team in integrating NetSuite with current processes and procedures. Monitor, report, and maintain daily NetSuite functions. Document business workflows to support implementation, module setup, and overall system operation. Assist with data migration, including data definition and cleansing. Resolve user issues by prioritizing and troubleshooting as needed. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within NetSuite. Skills and Qualifications: NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred). Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration. Proficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, reports, and the NetSuite data model. Experience with CRM or ERP systems. Proven experience in overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing. Ability to support data import processes and migration. Capability to maintain NetSuite updates. Provide ongoing systems and technical support for NetSuite. Strong understanding of financial processes including billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting.
