If you have construction experience and a knack for social media, this could be the perfect opportunity for you YOUR Next Employer is a small civil construction company with big plans for growth. After recently acquiring their first office, they are looking to continue expanding their operations, with directors who share over 20 years of combined experience in civil construction within Australia. YOUR Role will be pivotal in providing effective administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls while maintaining organised databases, records, and filing systems. Additionally, you'll coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes, all while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. As part of your responsibilities, you will assist with onboarding new employees and play a key role in implementing new construction software, helping to shape the future of the company. YOUR Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong background in construction is a must. Ability to work autonomously and take the initiative, as you will be the sole person in the office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Experience with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable is a plus. Experience with social media management is highly regarded (our client currently does not have a website).
