The role requires a reliable person available for evenings, night shifts, and weekends. General waiting and service duties of food and beverages such as coffee, snacks, and bartending Professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Welcoming and engaging with customers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assisting with gaming machine operations, answering phones, and checking accommodation guests in and out. Providing excellent customer service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously. Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks. Promoting responsible gambling practices and offering support if required. Collaborating with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the gaming lounge.
