The Role As the Administrative Assistant based on-site in Korumburra 5 days a week, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR and broader team with daily administrative tasks and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support : Assist with daily office operations, including managing communications, organizing schedules, and maintaining records. HR and Recruitment Assistance : Support HR activities such as scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining employee files. Document Management : Ensure accurate filing and organization of documents, contracts, and compliance records. Coordination of Meetings and Events : Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal events, including minute-taking and preparation of meeting materials. Reception Support : Provide backup reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. Liaise with Suppliers and Contractors : Maintain relationships with external service providers and ensure contractor compliance. Skills and Experience Proven experience in an administrative role or similar. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with HR systems is a plus). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
