The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the Qube team in Brisbane or Rockhampton, to remotely manage the administrative duties of our new project in Burton. Permanent, full-time position Monday – Friday, 38-hour week Competitive remuneration package Access to our Employee Assistance Program Supportive team environment Ongoing development opportunities for career growth A commitment to promoting workplace diversity & inclusivity About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following; Secondary or tertiary education At least 2 years’ working experience in an Administrator role or similar Experience in the heavy transport & mining industry (ideal, but not mandatory) Highly experienced with all Microsoft Suite applications Prior experience with email management, data entry & general administrative duties Excellent communication skills both written and oral Accounts payable experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritise projects Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly Key Responsibilities This role forms an integral part of the project team, responsible for administrative functions and providing support to the rest of the team. You will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office and the operational team, ensuring that all administrative tasks within the office are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
