Job Description We are looking for part-time or Food and Beverage attendants to join our team. What you will be doing Providing food and beverage service to guests in our restaurants, bar and conference spaces Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences Maximising sales opportunities with recommendations and suggestions Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained Maintaining clean and safe work spaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed What we are looking for Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests A genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne area Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Experience in food and beverage is preferable, but a passion for providing great guest service is what will really make you stand out
