Our Client, located in Port of Brisbane, is an e-commerce freight specialist, and works in conjunction with companies to streamline their services and offer an improved customer experience About the role: Manage customer communications via phone, email, and customer service platforms Triage and escalate issues to appropriate team members Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide timely updates Support logistics and office teams with administrative tasks and driver paperwork Assist in project support for senior managers About you: Able to commit to a Mon-Fri role, starting at 8 or 9am each day 2-3 years of customer service experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with platforms like Carton Cloud, FreshDesk, StarShipIT, or similar is a plus Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
