If you're passionate about problem-solving and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you What We Offer: $135,000 per annum plus 12% super (including 30% night shift loading) Night Shift: 10.30 pm - 6.30 am, Sunday to Thursday Fantastic career progression opportunities with excellent employee benefits State-of-the-art facilities in a supportive and professional work environment About the Role: As an Inspection Systems Technician, you will support, maintain, and repair the cutting and automated inspection equipment used in producing banknotes. This role is ideal for a qualified electrical tradesperson looking for a new and exciting challenge. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the finishing team to ensure customer orders meet deadlines and quality standards Identify and resolve defects or quality issues in notes using automated inspection equipment Provide feedback on production performance to help reduce spoilage and improve efficiency Perform maintenance and breakdown repairs on manufacturing equipment Offer training and feedback to production staff for continuous improvement What We're Looking For: A- Grade Electrician's license or a qualified Fitter & Turner (Mechanics with commercial/industrial experience are also considered) Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting Previous manufacturing experience required Solid computer skills, understanding of quality assurance Availability to work night shifts Must have a clear police record and be willing to undergo a medical check Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and safety You'll work collaboratively with the finishing team and must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
