This part-time role involves working every Thursday and Friday, plus one additional day to assist with leasing overflow. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties to the highest standards for our clients, combining office-based tasks with on-the-road inspections. The Role: Conducting thorough ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Ensuring that the properties are kept up to satisfactory standard Assisting the Property Management department as required Assist with leasing overflow Meet and greet customers Open and close the office Manage keys for trades people for collection. Compiling reports Attend all weekly team meetings and training sessions Adhoc administration About you: Previous experience with inspections & liaising with clients You'll be a motivated, can do team player. Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence or be willing to obtain. Brilliant opportunity for an entry level role position into real estate.
