Temp Admin & Customer Services Rydalmere Location - Free onsite parking FMCG Brand Temp role starting ASAP - Ongoing. $35.00 Per Hour Super Our client is currently seeking an immediate start temp to join them on an ongoing basis in an Admin & Customer Services role The company is a well-known FMCG brand, and they are based in Rydalmere close to Paramatta. They have free onsite parking This role will be supporting the sales and logistics departments with customer enquiries and orders and ensuring everything is running smoothly. You will be juggling your time between doing admin and phone-based work and have fantastic customer services and people skills. This is an ASAP start role and will be ongoing initially. There is some potential it could convert to Perm for the right candidate The role is working 5 days per week, onsite at their offices from 8.30am to 5.00pm daily. No WFH is available due to the nature of the role and the team. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers for weekly orders Process all orders by cut off schedule (including SMS, email & phone) Schedule daily direct-to-store deliveries & manage all 3rd party transport and storage-related tasks Maintain customer database daily General administration support for sales team and GM. Coordinate weekly / fortnightly / monthly ad-hoc campaigns (including clearance), promotional programs and marketing activation communications (including SMS, email and phone) Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of visual standards Key Skills/Experience Required: Prior Admin/Customer Experience is essential Prior experience in Retail or FMCG would be desired Excellent customer services and people skills Immediately Available to start.
