Let’s talk about the team:  As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer you will be joining a team responsible for the development of cutting-edge mechanical designs, architecting the future generation of ResMed connected devices. You’ll be working within a diverse discipline team of Electrical, Mechanical and Systems Engineers, working on exciting designs from concept right through to production.   Let’s talk about Responsibilities: Integrating ideas whilst considering the needs of our customers, usability, therapy, technology trends, therapy performance, intellectual property, environmental factors, and design for high volume manufacturing Build prototypes using a range of techniques including additive manufacturing and hand tools Building relationships that foster passion for design, delivery and sustainability of ground- breaking products Solving complex problems through an innovative and thorough approach to development, whilst performing with the right level of detail Design and perform tests (including verification and validation) for products to ensure they meet requirements and specifications under anticipated usage scenarios and operating conditions Work within regulatory requirements such as ISO and FDA and ResMed’s Quality Management System Let’s talk about you:  To excel in this role, you will need to be a great communicator, problem-solver and an out of the box thinker who is not afraid to fail and can thrive in ambiguity. We are looking for curious minds with deep technical skills and leadership potential, coupled with a passion to improve patient lives in the most sustainable way possible.  You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent Customer Obsession.
