Letâs talk about the team:  As a Graduate Engineer in Electronics, you will work within Devices Engineering and Technology to contribute to the innovation behind products that improve millions of lives through solutions for sleep apnoea, COPD, and other chronic diseases. This work includes elements of component selection, circuit design, compliance testing, prototyping and supplier management. Technologies include microprocessors, solid state memory, LCD screens, a range of sensors, motor control and wireless communications. Our products are destined for high volume manufacturing to the highest standards of quality and safety. Letâs talk about Responsibilities: The primary objective of the Electronics Engineering specialization within Devices Engineering and Technology is to design, simulate, prototype, document and test electronics to ensure designs meet input requirements. Responsibilities also include: Selection of components and sub-systems to meet specifications and reliability requirements. Documentation in support of product development including design descriptions, verification protocols, verification reports and electrical manufacturing specifications. Active involvement in development and improvement of electronics processes and tools such as ECAD for schematic capture and PCB layout. Contributing to the broader electronics architecture, considering embedded software and mechanical interfaces. Estimation and scheduling of activities to adhere to constrained schedules, and provide updates on key issues and timelines. Assistance with identification of manufacturing issues, applying root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions in designs and processes to enable high-volume PCBA production. Building stable working relationships to facilitate collaboration and exchange of information.
