CEA is offering an exciting Parts Sales Traineeship in our Dandenong South location Join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience while learning the ins and outs of parts sales. As a Parts Sales Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in all aspects of parts sales, customer service, and inventory management. This is an entry-level role perfect for enthusiastic individuals looking to build a career in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with customers on the supply and delivery of parts sales orders, face to face and over the phone Process quotes, invoices and requests for the Parts department Revise and update parts displays at the branch Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets Load and unloading incoming and outgoing goods Unpack, check and put away stock orders and daily stock receipts, customer orders and workshop orders Maintain a clean and organised workspace Ensure compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements Role Requirements: A keen interest in the automotive industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service orientation Attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration Skills And Experiences What We Offer: An attractive remuneration package based on your experience.
