Their Sales team plays a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis. As a Sales Administrator, you will support the Sales team by managing sales documentation, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records. Your contribution will be vital and commended amongst the wider team. The Position Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, your duties will include to: Generate and distribute sales reports across multiple systems Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and retailer new product submissions Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams Identify process inefficiencies and develop initiatives for increase in productivity and improvement Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat and provide product/service Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales forecast and pipeline Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities The Candidate The successful applicant will have experience within wholesale or retail, ideally in a company that is a supplier to retailers, working in a similar Sales support or Administration position with the following skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with SAP Knowledge of data analysis and report methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, suppliers and team members A proactive attitude with a passion for customer service and retail Proactive attitude, ability to identify and resolve issues.
