The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, a positive and bright personality, and exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail Call and thank customers for their support Manage and respond to the email inbox, including voice mails Process payments and registrations over the phone Address donor inquiries Handle return-to-sender mail Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed The Candidate Experience in customer service or call centre roles Strong attention to detail Previous experience in Excel and CRM Excellent organisational skills Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Excellent phone manner Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism Benefits: Temporary assignment, commencing 14th October Circa $33 - $35 per hour super South West Sydney based On-site parking available Supportive work environment An opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause
