This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of students by driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the primary school curriculum in line with the Australian Curriculum and the school’s educational philosophy Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional strategies, ensuring best practices in pedagogy and student engagement Provide guidance and mentorship to primary staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement Oversee the assessment and reporting processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with the school’s academic goals Implement evidence-based teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students Use data to inform decision-making, track student progress, and identify areas for improvement Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic achievement and personal development Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) At least 5 years of teaching experience with a proven track record of excellence in instructional practice At least 3 years of experience in a curriculum coordinating or leadership role is strongly preferred Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment practices Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others Proficiency in the use of technology to support teaching and learning, and experience leading and implementing educational projects If you are an experienced leader with a passion for educational excellence and innovation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking school community and take the next step in your career.
