You will be working in a cross-functional team alongside Product Managers and Designers to develop impactful solutions to our highest-priority customer problems. The responsibilities below align with these best practices and how we work: Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to uncover customer needs, share technical perspectives, and reduce usability and value risks. Drive solution discovery through quick technical experiments, offering creative ideas that shape projects from concept to delivery. Oversee and contribute to the development of our core platform—frontend, backend, and infrastructure—built on .NET and Angular, running on Azure and GCP. Focus on pragmatic, flexible work that prioritizes delivering customer outcomes. Engage directly with customers to integrate systems via APIs, understand their workflows, craft solutions, and guide them through to launch. Join a talented, fun team of engineers. Here are a few things that may suggest you’re an awesome fit Experience: At least 5 years of full stack development experience with .NET and Angular. Proven track record in modern, cross-functional product teams, ideally within a B2B Enterprise SaaS startup Technical Expertise: Solid grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture. Expertise in C# .NET web applications, Azure Functions, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with Angular, Terraform, and no-SQL databases. Ability to break down complex features, prioritize pragmatically, and take ownership from concept to delivery. Agile Principles: Deeply committed to first principles of Agile (not the diluted versions promoted by consultants or adopted by large enterprises). Strong ability to contribute meaningfully to sprint planning and retrospectives. Communication Skills: Clear and concise in communicating ideas to a range of audiences—developers, designers, product managers, execs, and customers. Strong collaboration skills with a focus on team success. Product Mindset: A “Cooked Just Right” mentality—highly pragmatic and adaptable based on situational constraints.
