This multifaceted role involves supporting internal communications, assisting with branding and marketing activities, and providing essential sales support. You'll divide your time across: Internal Office Communications & Support Marketing Assistant Sales Support Assistant Communications & Support: Manage internal office communications. Assist in office management tasks and planning. Support business with general tasks. Sales Support: Help prepare quotes, invoices, proposals and reports for divisional leads. Attend meetings and support the sales function. Maintain the CRM and support related paperwork for new business onboarding. Liase between managers and accounts when oboarding new orders and customers. Marketing: Assist in Marketing & Branding requests, including product orders and specs. Create marketing collateral (Product, PDFs, web content, videos). Maintain and optimise the CRM Contacts database. Skilled in office management it and internal communications. Excellent at time management, prioritisation, and organised with attention to detail. Ability to create quotes and compile product info. An engaging personality and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.
