About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. The Role: The Medical Administration (RACMA) Registrar will work with the Chief Medical Officer and Deputy Chief Medical Officer to provide professional leadership and clinical guidance with a particular focus on clinical governance, medical education, medical workforce management and implementation of key strategic projects. The position provides excellent experience in a supportive environment, with exposure to a wide range of medical management and administration matters in a large, growing health service. The position would enable the doctor to obtain the skills and knowledge needed to meet the requirements of the RACMA specialist training program. To be successful in this role you will have: AHPRA medical registration without conditions, undertakings or reprimand. Successful completion of relevant post graduate years (minimum 3 years clinical experience).
