Frazer Tremble are working with their client in their search for a Software Engineering Manager This role will see you taking ownership of a major piece of work and leading a team of talented professionals, including Engineers, BA's, Tech Leads, Testers, and Solution Architects. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the team to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring quality, and driving the end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to transition to BAU. You will work closely with the team to conceptualise ideas, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, manage stakeholders, and more.
