Our client needs you Purpose of the Position The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a central Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and providing administrative support to the Project team and performing related duties as assigned. Responsibilities of the Position Records and files documents (physically and electronically). Tracks the processing of documents by updating registers. Seek feedback from Senior Document Controller related to the ongoing development of systems and processes. Identifies procedural and format inaccuracies within documents. Assist and advise personnel in preparation of documents. Archives all documentation as per project requirements. Releases and distributes controlled copies of documents. Experience 2 years previous experience in computerised/manual document control Skills Strong attention to detail Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlines Proven ability to manage competing priorities Please note: This position is Indigenous Identified, only those who identify will be considered.
