Your next opportunity Support the Head of Commercial Contracts and Commercial Managers in meeting Boral’s contractual obligations and gain exposure to all commercial and administrative processes across our Projects. Your day will involve: Maintain and manage the Commercial Support Portal and liaise with internal key stakeholders. Play an integral role in the commercial team by providing comprehensive application support and training to the business. Manage the contract execution process and maintain the National Contracts Register. Assist with mid-month contracts review nationally on assigned projects Coordinate and audit contracts reports and corporate compliance. Assist business units to manage the payment application process and secure payment on assigned projects. Assist with preparation of contractual variations. Assist with the management of security bonds. Ensure open communication with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders regarding status of tenders, contracts and project costs. Assisting with organising and running steering committee meetings and monthly commercial meetings on assigned projects Prepare monthly reports for the Commercial Contracts team. What are we looking for? Business/Commercial/Finance Qualification preferably to Degree level Proven experience in contract administration or management roles Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Intermediate) Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in managing competing deadlines Excellent communication skills What’s on offer?
