Our Client is currently looking for a HSE Administrator to join their extremely busy HSE Team, on a TEMP basis up until Christmas. Immediate Start Location: Wattleup, WA Job Type: TEMP Position Duration: Now - Friday, 20/12/24 Hours: min. 3 days/week (Mon - Wed), 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay Rate: $40-45/hr This role would ideally be suited for a Safety Graduate or Candidates with previous experience in Safety Administration. Duties & Responsibilities HSE Document Control Monitoring the training matrix Booking HSE training for internal/external employees Taking meeting minutes Contractor/Site visitor inductions/familiarisations Monitor and revise employee preventative Health programs e.g. lead, audiometric, spirometry, etc. Review facility Evacuation plans and engage external party to update as required Review Helix corrective actions and incident reports Manage ChemAlert portal for currency Manage and monitor HSE apps e.g. Forklift and Crane Prestarts, Take 5s etc. Prepare EOM man hours and other PowerBi data entry requirements including generating reports Finessing PowerPoint presentations and other learning materials What We Need From You Previous experience in a similar role Own Transport & Valid Drivers Licence Physically fit and healthy Ability to pass a full, comprehensive medical and Lab DAS To be considered, APPLY ONLINE NOW This position is available to Perth-based Candidates only.
