we are currently on the hunt for delivery drivers/process workers who can work as a part of a team as well as independently within the flower industry Our client is a leading manufacturer of flower Products for Retail Markets based in Sandgate . We are currently looking for a suitable candidate that has knowledge of a Production Worker Role who holds a Full Drivers Licence for their Distribution & cold store areas for delivery purposes , willing to deliver product when required by use of company car. Position Details: Engage in production-focused tasks such as quality check, counting of product, packaging and labelling Ideal candidates can swiftly adapt to instruction, possess strong arithmetic abilities, and can maintain a brisk pace both solo and collaboratively. Stand for extended periods Have a full drivers license and be confident and comfortable to complete deliveries, follow run sheets and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Working Hours: Generally between 6am - 3.30pm. Extended hours possible as holidays approach. Qualities and Experience: Dependability is key; punctuality and reliability are a must. Private transportation is essential. Great communication skills Be able to work independently Previous experience in cold storage, production or despatch is an asset & will be highly regarded Full car and drivers license and delivery experience is essential You would work in a small team carrying out duties such as picking orders, loading vans, manual handling and heavy lifting whilst working in a refrigerated area.
