They are dedicated to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions, with a team that values a customer-centric approach and fosters a collaborative, supportive work environment. your role Working closely with the Centre Manager and based at the head office, as the Portfolio Administration Manager, you will take the lead on Administration for the allocated portfolio of shopping centres. Your key responsibilities will include: Lease management: Keep leases tight and on point. Prepare, review, and track lease documents, making sure every term, condition, and date is spot-on Compliance: Stay ahead of the game on insurance, bank guarantees, and tenant obligations across all centres Tenant liaison: Be the go-to person for tenants, resolving lease queries, managing renewals, and keeping everyone in the loop Financial oversight: Support rent reviews, manage arrears, and handle outgoings reconciliations, delivering clear, accurate financial reports Documentation: Keep filing systems organised and accessible across the portfolio, so everything’s ready when you need it Reporting & analysis: Deliver regular reports on portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for improvement or revenue growth Legal coordination: Work hand-in-hand with legal teams to finalise contracts and tackle any lease-related disputes Operations: Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, ensuring everything runs smoothly across all shopping centres your advantage Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving abilities Dynamic and eager for professional development Lease administration experience highly regarded your perks Work with a major national retail group, managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
