Based in the Botany area , conveniently close to public transport, they seek a skilled PA/Office Administrator to join their dynamic head office team. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive support to the Managing Director, handling confidential correspondence and managing inbox communications. Maintain organized filing systems and documentation. Record and track website inquiries in Excel. Manage and update the Outlook calendar for appointments. Type and send dictated emails. Arrange travel logistics for international and interstate trips, including accommodations and car hires. Share responsibility for answering the main switchboard and filtering calls. Distribute qualified customer leads to the appropriate representatives. Draft and finalize correspondence and documentation. Welcome visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedures. Perform general administrative tasks: photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc. Obtain freight quotes and book international shipments. Order office supplies, including Nespresso products. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of PA/Office Administration experience, ideally in the consumer products sector. Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical skills.
