Key Responsibilities As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be responsible for: Administration: Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service. Managing incoming and outgoing mail. Overseeing office supplies and stationery inventory. Managing car bookings and related issues. Maintaining cleanliness of meeting rooms and kitchen areas. Organizing monthly morning teas. Reconciling travel invoices. Updating the SPG asset register. Coordinating welcome emails, anniversary designs, and birthday messages. Preparing whereabouts reports and maintaining leave records. Developing and implementing administrative systems and processes. IT Support: Ensuring compliance with the IT disaster recovery plan. Managing audio-visual (AV) equipment in meeting rooms. Placing orders for IT and office equipment. Liaising with IT support to resolve technical issues. Conducting ongoing maintenance of IT equipment and systems. HR Support: Facilitating onboarding for new employees. Assisting with onboarding & offboarding documentation and paperwork.
