The Role The Sales Consultant role will see you work with a diverse range of clients across the greater Ballarat region to promote and grow the Davidson’s Blinds and Shutters brand. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to proactively generate new business while also delivering exceptional consultation to the existing customer base. From providing in-home interior and exterior measure and quoting services, to managing customer enquiries and contracts of sale, your strong sales skills, excellent customer service skills, and natural attention to detail will set you up for success. Duties Develop and execute proactive sales and business development strategies Manage new and existing customer accounts Provide in-home, interior and exterior measure and quoting services Manage customer enquiries and leads Complete sales-related administration Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar mobile sales role Proven business development experience with proactive approach to generating new business leads Exceptional customer service approach Intermediate (or greater) computer skills A positive and proactive approach to organizing your work Previous experience within, or knowledge of, the window furnishings industry would be highly advantageous Benefits Full-time role competitive salary uncapped bonus Ongoing role with team support and continual learning opportunities Join a supportive and friendly team culture Please Note The successful applicant must have unlimited Australian working rights and may be required to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical, police check and working with children’s check prior to commencement.
