ABOUT YOU: You must: be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate. have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job. organize and maintain office supplies and equipment. manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and postal mail). schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. handle document management by preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to information. assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications. enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets. ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records. generate and distribute reports as needed. assist colleagues with administrative tasks and projects. provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and issues. facilitate onboarding for new employees, including organizing orientation sessions. be committed to a career in your field of study. be able to work at least 3 days per week. LEARNING OUTCOMES: You could be provided work experience in the following areas: Answering the phone and directing calls or taking messages General office duties Processing purchase orders and payments Data entry to maintain inventory journals and customer databases Bookkeeping Liaise with suppliers and couriers for purchase orders, shipments and freights Personal Assistant to General Manager Assisting concerned managers with accounts receivable/payable, payroll, marketing projects, operational coordination duties etc. LOCATION The host company is located at Melbourne.
