About the role The Sponsorship Administrator is primarily responsible for processing off-market settlements (stock transfers), refinances (in, out & internal), account closures and broker fees. Also, daily administration, reconciliations, supporting business growth, and promoting the Bank's reputation by adhering to CHESS and Margin Lending policies. The role reports directly to the Manager Equity & Options Settlements, Corporate Actions & Sponsorship. To be successful you will have: Completed studies, knowledge of and or experience in Securities, Banking and Finance Experience/understanding of the off-market transfer processes, refinances, CHESS and the ASX Business Rules Excellent time management skills with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills and to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Be a good team-fit/high teamwork ethic, have a can-do attitude and display a keenness/hunger to learn at every given opportunity. Proactive and driven disposition with the ability to display initiative with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to manage the team daily work and support/mentor staff. This is a permanent full-time opportunity located at the Sydney office with a flexible hybrid work arrangement and require you work in the office a minimum 2 days per week.
